Edinburgh-based photographer Steven Gillies has been working in the commercial field for over twelve years, specialising in people and locations for advertising, design, magazines and corporate reports, as well as fine art images for exhibitions and collections. The images showcased here are taken from a forthcoming photo anthology book entitled The Lost Highway, documenting the vanishing way of life along the backroads of the American southwest.
